Blue Garden Platter

This large platter was made as a commission piece for a couple in San Francisco, with the intention of holding large salads and pastas for gatherings with loved ones. The platter was thrown in porcelain on the potters wheel, and then hand painted in cobalt blue designs evocative of a lush blue garden.
